Aedas Homes sets course for its annual objective with the delivery of 2,470 homes in 2021

Taking into account the distribution of the deliveries of Aedas Homes in 2021 by territorial delegations, Levante and the Balearic Islands lead the table with 746 deliveries, followed by Centro (625), Catalonia and Aragon (438), Andalusia (227), Costa del Sol (171) and North (69).

Dinamismo del ‘build to rent’

In addition, of the 2,470 homes delivered in 2021, nearly 200 correspond to ‘Build to Rent’ (BtR) projects completed by the company in Torrejón de Ardoz and Alcalá de Henares, and more than fifty units correspond to fully industrialized homes.

Two business lines, BtR and ‘offsite’, in addition to the traditional promotion that Aedas Homes has promoted since 2019 and 2018, respectively, and which will continue to grow in the coming years, according to the firm.
