In one of them, James tells him: “Mr. Mayor, I am a victim of your mental health program. I am 63 years old and I am full of hate, full of rage and full of bitterness”, and he claims to have been diagnosed with a mental illness and admitted to a center where he attended “horror shows”.

According to him, he had been a victim of violence in those centers, “not physical violence, but the kind of violence that a child suffers at school and that leads him to take a gun and shoot the bastards,” he says in one of the videos. .

In his videos, he frequently returns to the contempt with which blacks are treated in society. “Why is a black man still alive on this planet? So far, personal or family details of James are unknown, and the only proven fact is that he rented a van with Arizona license plates that yesterday appeared abandoned in Brooklyn, the same neighborhood where the shooting occurred.
