Black Adam releases trailer with explosions and The Rock very angry | Digital Trends Spanish

This Wednesday, June 8, a preview of the next DC Comics movie that will be released in theaters, the character of Black Adam, starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, was released.

Black Adam “is a fictional archenemy of the superhero Captain Marvel and the nemesis of the Marvel Family. He first appeared as a one-shot villain for the first issue of Fawcett Comics’ Marvel Family comic book (December 1945). Black Adam was a corrupted ancient Egyptian predecessor of Captain Marvel, who made his way to modern times to challenge the hero and his associates from the Marvel Family.”

The plot of the film:

The first trailer for Black Adam introduces Teth-Adam (Johnson), a man born into slavery in the fictional country of Kahndaq sometime in the distant past. Though Teth-Adam dies at the hand of his enslavers, he is brought back to life by a magical bolt apparently struck down by his son shortly before the child dies from the strain of the ritual. It is the death of Teth-Adam’s son in the past that first radicalizes him and emboldens him to use his newfound powers to seek a kind of justice so brutal that those around him are forced to lock him up.

The film that will be released on October 21 is about the Justice Society of America, which includes Hawkman (Aldis Hodge), Atom Smasher (Noah Centineo), Cyclone (Quintessa Swindell) and Doctor Fate (Pierce Brosnan).
