Christmas muffins

Cauliflower bites

1/2 cup hot wing sauce


Cut the cauliflower into bite-size pieces and mix with olive oil. Add the cauliflower to the fryer basket and fry at 370 ° F for 8 minutes. Mix the other ingredients in a small bowl. Orange chicken

Whisk the orange zest, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar in a medium bowl. Combine the egg, salt, pepper, and oil in a bowl. Mix the flour and ¼ cup of cornstarch in another bowl.

Slice the chicken into small pieces. Dip each piece in the egg mixture, then the flour mixture until completely covered. Place the chicken pieces in the deep fryer and cook at 370 ° F for 8 minutes.

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the ginger, garlic, green onions and red pepper. Add the orange sauce to a boil and stir constantly. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and ¼ cup of water in a bowl. Add the chicken to the saucepan and the cornstarch mixture. Stir until chicken is 100 percent coated.

1 boneless top sirloin steak. 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
1 tablespoon of ground coffee beans. 1 tablespoon of ancho chili powder.
1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon of coriander.
1/2 teaspoon of cumin. 1/2 tablespoon of paprika.
1/2 tablespoon of salt. 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar.


Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Coat the steaks on both sides with oil and add the coffee spice dressing and massage gently. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Cook for 8-12 minutes, depending on the degree of doneness desired. Let it rest for about five minutes before serving.

Chocolate soufflé

(3 servings)


3 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped 1/4 cup butter
2 eggs, separated 3 spoonfuls of sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour powdered sugar

Take ramekin molds and spread butter on their inner sides. Cover them with powdered sugar and shake to remove the excess. Melt the chocolate and butter in a small bowl and set aside. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks, add sugar and vanilla extract. Keep mixing, and add the chocolate and butter. Then add the flour until smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until soft. Add them to the chocolate mixture until completely combined. Fill the molds, leaving half free. Place the ramekins in the center of the pan and cook for 14 minutes at 330 ° F. When done, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
