Customs suspends SIGA for maintenance from November 12 to 14

The National Customs Authority (ANA) announced the suspension of operations of the Integrated Customs Management System (SIGA), on November 12, 13 and 14, 2021, for maintenance.

According to ANA This maintenance plan, which will allow the software update, will start from 00:01 on Friday, November 12 until 24:00 on Sunday, November 14, 2021. During this period, the activation of the Contingency Plan (manual operations).

The SIGA maintenance process has involved a schedule and for this the New Environments Update Project (PANA), which has been prepared by the team of Information Technology, Customs Process Group with support and support from Crimson Logic and Cable and Wireless.
