Deadline to request tax credit from the DGI for the purchase of devices to update fiscal equipment


The General Directorate of Income (DGI) del Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), reminded citizens that on December 31, 2021, the deadline for submitting the request for the tax credit for updating their tax equipment with the communication device expires.

The application must be delivered to the headquarters of the entity located in Avenida Balboa and PH Torre Mundial, Calle 41 Este, with a request memorandum, copy of the tax invoice from an authorized seller, notice of operation and copy of the identity card of the legal representative.

In addition, the copy of the purchase invoice of the communication device or data transmission component, which must contain: date of purchase, name of the company authorized for sale, name of the end user with the Unique Taxpayer Registry (RUC), company name and data of the tax team, including brand, model, serial number, registration number and unit price.

Do not miss this opportunity to apply for this tax credit that can be used to pay any tax generated by the DGI, with the exception of the Transfer of Goods, Furniture and Services (Itbms).
