In January of this year, the authorities of ESA (Entertainment Software Association) had confirmed that the popular video game festival E3 2022 would not be held in its physical format. However, nothing was said about a total cancellation, which was ratified on March 31.
By means of an email, the organization informed that the most important fair of gamers in the world will not be held in digital format either.
Will Powers, head of public relations for Razer, mentioned on Twitter that he had received an email from ESA to confirm that E3 2022 will be canceled permanently.

In this way, and after long discussions about the scenarios to hold the festival, ESA decided that it was best that this 2022 the event, one of the most popular in the video game industry, not exist.
The official ratification of E3 has not yet been shared publicly on its social networks.
