A new judicial move is being taken by the team of lawyers from Elon Musksince they summoned to testify for the hearing that begins on October 17 against Twitter, precisely the former CEO of the company: a jack dorsey.

Dorsey today is running Square and Block and, reportedlyprompted Musk’s attempt to buy Twitter in private messages.

What Musk’s legal team wants is for Jack Dorsey to testify in the case of the amount of spam and bots in the app.

The citation lists what information Dorsey is being asked for:

Documents and Communications relating to the Merger and the transaction contemplated by the Merger, the Merger Agreement, any potential acquisition or transaction between Defendants and Twitter, Defendants’ potential or actual acquisition of shares of Twitter Stock, Defendants’ possible membership on the Twitter Council and the Documents and Communications relating to Twitter and any of the Defendants.

2. Documents and communications that reflect, refer to, or relate to the impact or effect of fake or spam accounts on Twitter’s business and operations.

3. Documents and communications that reflect, refer to, or relate to Twitter’s use of mDAU as a “key metric,” as noted in Twitter’s SEC filings, including documents and communications that reflect, are refer to or relate to the relationship between mDAU and Twitter’s present or future revenues or EBITDA.
