Figures remain down with one death and 84 new positive cases from Covid-19

In Panama there were 84 new positive cases of Covid-19 this November 4, for a cumulative total of 473,089. While 463,992 recovered patients are counted.

One death was registered in the last 24 hours, for a total of 7,321 accumulated and a lethality of 1.5%.

According to the Epidemiological Report of the Ministry of Health (Minsa)On November 4, 3,014 tests were applied and a percentage of positivity of 2.7% is maintained.

Active cases total 1,776. In home isolation, 1,606 are reported, of which 1,529 are at home and 77 in hotels. There are 170 hospitalized and 139 of them are in the ward and 31 in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

In the world there have been 248,282,374 positive cases for Covid-19 accumulated and 5,025,636 deaths for a fatality rate of 2%.

In its statement, the Minsa reminded the population that the swab collection points located in the Rod Carew and Emilio Royo stadiums are closed and they will resume the activity this Saturday, November 6.
