Fortnite guide: how to destroy equipment in satellite stations | Digital Trends Spanish

Week two of season seven of Fortnite brings a new set of challenges, and this particular batch is a bit more complicated. It is not that they are difficult, but a little additional information can be quite useful to complete them, and that you can achieve with this guide Fortnite.

One challenge in particular calls for destroying equipment at satellite stations, however the game does not tell you specifically where these stations are located or what qualifies as equipment, so you may get stuck. In this guide, we’ll go over all the station locations, how to destroy gear, and any other tips you need to complete this challenge.

Satellite station locations

The first thing you need to know is where the satellite stations are located. In total, there are seven spread across the map, and they all spawn in fixed locations. You can see the map above to find out where each location is (thanks, Fortnite.gg).

As always, you should choose a satellite station that is out of the way, so you can reduce the chance of encountering enemy players. Just take a look at the bus route at the start of the game and go to the station that is farthest away. When you arrive at a location, you can easily identify these stations by the large satellites on their rooftops.

How to destroy equipment

In this challenge, the term “equipment” is broad. To complete it, you must destroy 15 pieces of equipment, and the easiest way to do this is simply by smashing everything in sight. Destroy the monitors, desks, control panels and any electronic items you find, all this will count towards your goal. When you land, grab a weapon to defend yourself from the NPCs in the area and then enter the station to start destroying the items.

Once there, equip the ax and break everything you see. The game counter will give you credit for every piece of gear you destroy, so pay attention to that as you smash everything in your way. If for some reason you don’t receive credit, make sure you are at a satellite station. Also consider that you can do this in multiple games, so if you get less than the 15 broken teams required, just play a new game and finish the challenge.

The other thing to keep in mind is that you must complete the prerequisites in order to progress towards this challenge. This is given by Abstrakt, and it is stage 4 of 5.

Once you’ve smashed all 15 pieces of gear, you will earn 30,000 XP for your Battle Pass.
