Kiki’s Cuban Food has local roots, where Kiki began sharing his family’s pork recipe at farmers’ markets, and now brings his popular pork sandwich to the district. In Los Angeles, you’ve probably seen a pupuseria, a restaurant that serves traditional Salvadoran food and pupusas. Vchos combines authentic traditional pupusa with a modern Latin twist!”

Throughout the Downtown Disney District, you’ll see a fantastic display of flower arrangements unique called silletas, inspired in Colombia and Walt Disney Animation Studios “Encanto”. This particular silleta features 27 flags in alphabetical order representing 27 nations of Latino and Hispanic communities, using plant materials indigenous to countries in South and Central America, such as sunflowers and lilies.
