The aid from the Generalitat is aimed at self-employed and small and medium-sized enterprises in the night leisure. Beneficiaries must be registered in the census of economic activities in said sector, which includes discotheques, dance halls, karaoke bars, nightclubs with shows and discotheques for young people.
Large companies are excluded from this call for aid, which is reserved for the self-employed and SMEs. The Generalitat applies the definition of SME to any company that has a workforce of less than 250 workers and do not bill more than €50 million.
