In Panama, 51,000 pediatric doses have been applied against Covid-19

The Expanded Program on Immunization highlighted in its report that the figure of 51,000 pediatric doses was reached applied since last January 7 when the vaccination process began for children between 5 and 11 years of age, thanks to the updating of data emanating from all the regions.

The PAI detailed in its report that A total of 6,948,577 doses of vaccines have been applied in the country against Covid-19. Of that total, they have been placed 3,197,534 first dose; 2,849,644 second dose and 891,784 booster doses.

Yesterday Sunday with a total of 890 applied doses culminated in circuit 8-6 San Miguelito, the pediatric vaccination day against Covid-19, for children between 5 and 11 years old.

Parents went with their children to the vaccination posts at Los Andes Mall from 7am to 3pm and at Metro Mall from 9am to 5pm.
