Is Brazil expected to surpass the number of 30 cryptocurrency brokers with a Real pair in 2021?
With the arrival of FastBitcoins, the national market is getting ready for a new wave of competition among brokers, which should also see the arrival of BTG Pactual (Mynt), Transfero, Mercado Livre (Pago Market) among others.
Currently, the Brazilian cryptocurrency market has 25 brokers operating in the Real pair. In the last 24 hours, for example, these companies moved R$ 587,060,761.82, even though about 70% of this is in Binance, the largest in the country.
However, it is possible that the number of brokerage firms will reach the mark of 30, or even surpass it, placing Brazil with one of the largest numbers of brokerages installed this year.
It is worth remembering that even with some arrivals, there are also exits, such as Coinbene, the Chinese giant that is suspending its operations in the country.
