It’s Official: Disney Reveals How Boba Fett Survived the Sarlacc | Digital Trends Spanish

The premiere of the new Star Wars series The Book of Boba Fett (The Boba Fett Book) started by solving an enigma that still haunts the minds of thousands of Star Wars fans: how did Boba Fett survive the Sarlacc?

Attention! The answer includes spoilers from the first episode of The Book of Boba Fett, so if you don’t want to ruin them, you better not read. Likewise, the answer is very similar to what is explained in A Barve Like That: The Tale of Boba Fett, comic published in 1996.

According to the new Disney + series, Boba Fett left Sarlac on his own merits, after ending up on his stomach in that mythical scene from The Return of the Jedi, in which by an accidental maneuver, Han Solo activates the jetpack of the famous bounty hunter, throwing him into the air to finally end up in the jaws of the fearsome Sarlacc. Once inside, Boba Fett was kept alive by using the oxygen pump of a stormtrooper who did not survive and using the flamethrower on his right arm. Broadly speaking, he made an omen and left.

Sure, he didn’t do it in one piece, so as he walked through the dunes of Tatooine, the Jawas ended up capturing and stealing him, then selling him to the Tusken bandits, who made him their slave.

If you watched the second season of The MandalorianThen you already know that Cobb Vanth recovered Boba Fett’s armor, with which he roughly emboldened himself to become a kind of vigilante, or rather, a bailiff, to do justice in Mos Plego, Tatooine.

Remember you can already see The Book of Boba Fett on Disney +, with a new episode premiering every Wednesday.
