Izertis acquires the consulting firm Duonet


The Spanish technology company Izertis announced this Tuesday the acquisition of the consulting firm Duonet, a company specializing in process architecture, digitization and mobility, which becomes the first integration in 2022, thus continuing its expansion strategy.

The operation provides Izertis with an important reference client portfolio including sectors such as banking, industry or services, in addition to a team of more than 40 professionals spread across its headquarters in Madrid and Asturias, with a strong specialization in DevOps environments, RPA and BPM automation, and implementation and development of solutions to measure

All of these technologies have great growth potential, as is the case of RPA (robotic process automation), which is estimated to have a market of 13.74 billion dollars in 2028, according to the consulting firm Grand View Research. In addition to DevOps, which is expected to total $9.41 billion in 2023, according to Allied Market Research.

Duonet was founded 14 years ago, and since its inception it has specialized in helping organizations to face changes in an agile way, using transformation as a key vector in digital adaptation.

Duonet joins Izertis in full growth of the consultancy, which in the last financial year announced results in which it multiplied its net profit by 5.4, and which aims to reach 125 million euros in turnover and a normalized EBITDA of 12.5 million in 2023.
