STOCKHOLM — Swedish payments firm Klarna Bank AB on Monday said it has raised $800 million in new financing at a valuation of $6.7 billion, down from a valuation of $46 billion it received last year.

The company said its peers were down 80-90% vs peak valuations and consequently the adjustment in Klarna’s valuation is on par with its public peers from its valuation in June last year. (Reporting by Supantha Mukherjee in Stockholm, editing by Helena Soderpalm)
