Mañueco’s investiture debate starts at 12 and will only be supported by PP and Vox
The investiture debate of Alfonso Fernández Mañueco as president of the Junta de Castilla y León starts this Monday at 12:00 noon, after almost two months of the autonomous elections of February 13. It will have a single session and will only be supported by PP and Vox.
In the morning, from 12:00, only the candidate for re-election, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, will appear, who will present his government program to request the confidence of the Cortes without a time limit. The session will resume in the afternoon with the intervention of the parliamentary groups with the novelty that the traditional distribution of proportionality from higher to lower has been partially altered, so that in the case of the two parties that will support the Board, PP and Vox, those from Santiago Abascal will intervene first and the PP will close the turn.
The first 30-minute turn will be for the Socialist Parliamentary Group, which will be followed by the members of the UPL-Soria ¡Ya! Parliamentary Group, who will share their 30 minutes equally, as will the Mixed Group, which will also share their half hour , the same time available to the spokespersons for the Vox Parliamentary Group and the Popular Parliamentary Group.
As on previous occasions, the proposed candidate will be able to speak “as many times as he requests” and when he answers individually to each parliamentary group, he will have the right to reply for 10 minutes, a time that will also be shared equally by both the members of UPL-Soria Now! like the three prosecutors of the Mixed. If the candidate answers globally, each of them will have the right to a 10-minute reply.
