LeBron James, current figure of the Los Angeles Lakers and NBA legend, partnered with platform Crypto.com to launch educational cryptocurrency programs for boys and girls. The initiative is aimed at the 1,600 students of the “I Promise” school, founded by the athlete, and also includes their families.
The basketball player founded his own public school in July 2018 in Ohio, his hometown, with the aim of including at-risk children in the educational system. Now, LeBron’s great goal is to prepare them on blockchain technology so that they have more tools to understand the future.
