Member of “Law & Order: Organized Crime” Murdered | Digital Trends Spanish


A real drama is experiencing the team of the nbc series, “Law & Order: Organized Crime” (“Law & Order: Organized Crime” in English), as a member of its production was shot to death in New York.

reports VarietyAccording to the NYPD, the crew member was a 31-year-old man named Johnny Pizarro who currently lived in Queens. He was sitting in his car at approximately 5:15 am ET in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn when an unknown person approached the car, opened the door and opened fire. Pizarro was transported to Woodhull Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

“We were terribly saddened and shocked to hear that one of our team members was the victim of a crime this morning and has died as a result,” they said. NBC and the Universal Television studio in a joint statement. “We are working with local law enforcement as they continue to investigate. Our hearts go out to his family and friends and we ask that you respect his privacy during this time.”

“Law & Order: Organized Crime” is one of three “Law & Order” shows currently airing on NBC, and all three shows are frequently filmed outdoors in the New York area.
