‘Millennial’, tell me what letter your last name starts with and I’ll tell you when it’s time for the vaccine booster in CDMX

Do you remember when the Government of CDMX said that it was going to ‘turbocharge’ the application of vaccine reinforcements? Well, in February it will be your turn to the millennial population from the country’s capital.

And it is that from the next Day of Love and Friendship, that is to say, on February 14, the Government of the capital will begin the application of these new doses to the men and women from the capital between 30 and 39 years old.

Some doubts still remain. For example, Eduardo Clark, director of Digital Government of the Digital Agency for Public Innovation of the Government of Mexico City, said that it will be until next Friday, February 11, when the authorities inform which COVID vaccine will be applied and the application venues.

What we do know is what day you will have if you are between 30 and 39 years old according to the first letter of your paternal surname. The dates are as follows:

  • Surnames beginning with A and B: February 14
  • Surnames beginning with C, D, E and F: February 15
  • Last names beginning with G, H, I and J: February 16
  • Surnames that start with K, L, M, N and Ñ: February 17
  • Last names starting with O, P, Q and R: February 18
  • Last names beginning with S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z: February 19

What should you bring on the day of application of the vaccine booster?

You must have your vaccination record at hand, which you can print on the site mivacuna.salud, gob.mx

Also, pay attention to this fact: you must have completed or be less than a week away from completing four months since you received the second dose of the COVID vaccine.

Remember that the Government of Mexico has already opened the registry for people aged 30 and 39 to request their vaccine booster. We explain how to do it in this league.
