New shipment of Pfizer vaccines arrives in Panama

This Tuesday, December 7, a new shipment arrived in the country with 100,620 new doses of vaccines against COVID-19 from the pharmaceutical company Pfizer.

This new batch of vaccines was received on behalf of the National Government by the Governor of the province of Panama, Carla Garcia.

The governor indicated that this week the Operation Pananavac-19 inaugurated a fixed point of vaccination in the Irving Saladino Sports City, in Juan Díaz, so that people from the 8-8 circuit can count on a permanent vaccination center during business hours. 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.

This Thursday, December 9, the person will be treated at fixed vaccination points in Alta Plaza Mall, Soho Mall, Megamall, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

The governor called on the population to maintain biosecurity measures at the end of the year festivities, to attend the vaccination stations.

The Operation PanavaC-19 will continue with the vaccination process throughout the country also in the circuits 8-8, 4-3, 4-4 and 9-1.

In Veraguas the vaccination will be verified in the 9-1 circuit, starting on Thursday, December 9, while in Chiriquí the day will take place in the 4-3 and 4-4 circuits.
