Nintendo announced Nintendo Switch Oled, the new model in the Nintendo Switch range. The Japanese company will launch this redesign of its hybrid platform on October 8 and it will have a value of $ 349.99 in the United States.
This model has a larger seven-inch screen. The 720p OLED display represents an advance over the 6.2-inch LCD on the original Switch.
It also comes with 64GB of storage and the dock features a wired LAN port. It also works with all existing Joy-Con controllers.

The new hybrid console will be sold in two colors: in white (white joy-con, black body and white base) and in neon red / neon blue (neon red Joy-Con, the other neon blue, black body and black base).
According to preliminary information, the new Switch also has what appears to be an improved bracket that spans the entire width of the rear of the console. So it can be supported at any angle and appears much more robust than the fragile piece of plastic that held the old Switch.
These are the modes in which it can be played:
- TV mode: the Nintendo Switch console (OLED model) docks in the dock to play games on the TV. The built-in LAN port offers another way to connect to the internet in TV mode.
- Desktop mode: open the stand on the back and use the console screen to enjoy multiplayer games like never before with the two included Joy-Con controllers. The wide adjustable stand provides more stability and allows you to tilt the console at a greater angle for a better view of the screen.
- Portable Mode – Users can take the console wherever they want and play with multiple friends locally or online. The 7-inch OLED display offers more vivid colors and high image contrast.
