Opera, the Norway-based company behind the popular internet browser, has released the beta version of its new project, Crypto Browser. This crypto browser aims to make the user experience easier when browsing decentralized applications (DApps), games, and metaverse platforms, offering direct access to Web3 services for Windows, Mac, and Android users.
The current Opera browser has a VPN without login and a native blocker of ads and trackers that help make it safe. According to a statement shared with Cointelegraph, the new crypto browser will maintain these security features while integrating direct access to decentralized exchanges (DEX) and gaming DApps, as well as compatibility with Telegram and Twitter (NYSE:).
