Pluto TV will add more content from the CBS catalog | Digital Trends Spanish


Paramount Global will strengthen its free streaming service with advertising, pluto tv, with the addition of more than 6,300 episodes from the CBS Vault. This move will triple the amount of CBS content on Pluto TV.

By the end of 2022, former CBS shows like Mork and Mindy, Touched by an Angel Y Cab will be added to Pluto TV’s on-demand selections. classic shows like cheers, Star Trek: The Original Series Y Fraser they will also be featured on the service’s channel lineup. Other notable shows available on Pluto TV include CSI: Miami, ITUC: New York, Criminal Minds, 60 minutes Y Hawaii Five-O.

Launched in 2014, Pluto TV is a free ad-supported streaming television service that is also known as FAST. Pluto TV mimics traditional cable TV with commercials and the ability to channel surf. Since its acquisition from Viacom in 2019, Pluto TV has been a resounding success, as the service racked up $1 billion in annual revenue in 2021. In September 2022, Pluto TV made history when it became the first FAST service to crack The Gauge, Nielsen’s monthly report. Now operated by Paramount Streaming, the service amassed 1% of all viewing for that month.
