The team is confirmed to be finishing up their work on the game’s core mechanics, with much of the development team moving on to building playable champions. The game will also apparently have tons of secondary features that other fighting games have lacked, as the update also confirms that things like competitive play and social systems are on the way.
While there is no confirmed release date or even a window for Project LCannon confirmed that we will hear about the game at least one more time before the end of 2022.
