Russia surprisingly announces the realization of naval maneuvers throughout the planet. “In total, more than 140 warships and support vessels, more than 60 aircraft, 1,000 items of military equipment and some 10,000 troops will take part in the exercises,” Russian Defense Minister said Thursday.
