There are many expectations that fans have of Spider-Man: No Way Home, the new movie of the popular superhero that should hit theaters in December.
Now, Sony presents the first official poster of the film, a production that should mark a new stage in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
The publication sheds new light on what can be seen, especially about the villains that Peter Parker will have to face, some of them old enemies of Spider-Man.
Thus, in addition to the main character, who will again be played by Tom Holland, the poster shows the tentacles of Dock Ock (Alfred Molina in the tape), whom we had already seen in the first trailer of the new installment.
However, perhaps the highlight is that in the poster you can see the appearance of the Green Goblin (Green Goblin), who was last played by Willen Dafoe in Spiderman 2, film starring Tobey Maguire.
It should be remembered that the appearance of this villain in the film could be inferred after his characteristic laugh was heard in the background in the trailer.
According to an article by Deadline, the lightning bolt seen on the poster may be in reference to the Electro character that Jamie Foxx played in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, while the sand cloud reminds Sandman of Spiderman 3.
The trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home published in August reached the record of 355.5 million visits in its first 24 hours, surpassing the previous mark it had Avengers: Endgame. This figure just shows the high expectations for Spider-Man’s new adventure.
