In recent years, foodtrucks or gastronetas have become fashionable, vans equipped with a kitchen where, in a minimum space, they can cook true delicacies that they would already like in some much larger restaurants.
Some are rented for events, weddings or private celebrations of all kinds. Others are specialized in festivals and concerts, to the delight of the attendees, since eating a sandwich with four slices of chorizo is not the same as eating a quesadilla, a gourmet hamburger or a black pudding lasagna. There are even desserts, for the sweet tooth.
Without further delay, we take a tour of the peninsula in search of those mobile restaurants.
