The best phones resistant to any shock

When we talk about mobiles, many think of top-of-the-range phones such as the iPhone or the Samsung Galaxy and they debate each other because of the power they offer. But there is a group of people who, either as a hobby or for work, look for other types of features in terminals: shock resistance.

There are some users for whom mobiles usually do not last long. Those who practice extreme sports or sports on the water (such as canoeing) or have jobs in which there are certain dangers (bricklayer, for example), may be fed up with having to change their device every time they drop or get a wet little bit.

For these situations, there is a type of mobile that seeks to combine design, performance and, above all, resistance to falls, shocks and even liquids. Before we could say that these terminals left a lot to be desired, but today they are complete smartphones that, although they cannot compete with the premiumThey won’t make us regret having one.

Of course, this type of mobile is usually very heavy and large, so before buying one, you have to think about it very well since they can be inconvenient for, for example, going for a run.

DOOGEE S35

The first thing we can think of is to use this type of terminal as a “second mobile” for certain types of situations -such as those described above-, so the best thing will be a cheap and resistant model. The DOOGEE S35 can be a great option below 130 euros to take us to the getaways that we do.

It is a mobile with GPS, 16 GB of memory, a battery that lasts up to 19 hours of use and IP68 and IP69K category. These two categories indicate that it has 360-degree protection, that is, for all areas of the phone: it resists drops of up to 1.5 meters, withstands dust and water and can be submerged up to 1.5 meters.

Ulefone Power Armor 13

Ulefone is one of the best known brands when it comes to resistant mobiles, Power Armor being the great saga of terminals that withstand everything. This terminal, much more expensive than the previous one, has a 13,200 mAh battery, which translates into almost five days of moderate use.

In addition, it has 256GB of memory, Android 11 and a 48 MP camera. Regarding resistance, it is the same as the previous model: IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-810G; this makes it resistant to water, dust and shocks or falls. The but is its price, a bit high: 409.99 euros.

Trevi Forte 70

Perhaps what we are looking for or need is a simple mobile phone that lasts and does not have too many features to simply store it in a drawer and have it for emergencies. The Trevi Forte 70, for less than 40 euros, is a good option that meets all these requirements and, in addition, withstands a few beats.

It has Bluetooth, an LCD screen, two flashlights and a 2500 mAh battery which, for this type of mobile, is very durable. Although it is not as resistant as the previous models, it can be a good option to store it for emergencies.

DOOGEE S95 Pro

An intermediate step between the S35 and the Power Armor 13 is the DOOGEE S95 Pro, a mobile that offers a large screen and very good features for its price -389 euros- without sacrificing resistance.

The S95 Pro has a 6.3-inch FHD resolution screen, wireless charging, NFC, a triple camera with a 48MP main lens and 128GB of memory. The operating system, yes, is Android 9.0, although it is upgradable.

Regarding the resistances: the S95 Pro has the IP68 certificate, it can withstand 3 meters under water and 4 hours of use in this situation. Its 5150 mAh battery is accompanied by a 3500 mAh module to use it for longer.
