The new series of the Star Wars universe, The Book of Boba Fett, already has a release date on Disney Plus.
Along with this announcement, made on the franchise’s official site, the official poster of the production has also been revealed, which was announced during the final episode of The Mandalorian.
Thus, the series should already be available on December 29 on the Disney Plus platform for it to be enjoyed by fans of Star wars.
This production will tell the story of the legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and show his faithful ally, the mercenary Fennec Shand, as they travel the galaxy after taking back the crime syndicate from the hands of Jabba the Hutt.
The series stars Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen in the roles of Boba Fett and Fennec Shand, the same roles they already played in The Mandaloarian.
Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson will serve as executive producers and will work alongside Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beckm, John Bartnicki and John Hampian.
At the moment no more details are known about The Book of Boba Fett, but the studio is expected to present more news on this long-awaited production on November 12, when the company holds Disney Plus Day.
That day will be used by the company to celebrate its second year of life. The company hopes with this to reward subscribers with unpublished content, interviews and exclusive material about its series and films.
