The court number 8 of A Coruña has ratified this Friday the provisional prison, communicated and without bail, for the three young people imprisoned last week for their involvement in the Samuel case.

According to the lawyer of one of them, Ramón Sierra, the titular judge of number 8 has ratified the measures established last Friday by court number 1, on duty the aforementioned day in which the detainees were brought to justice.
As reported by the Superior Court of Xustiza de Galicia, the three men have appeared separately and, when asked by the magistrate if they had something to declare to greater than what was already collected, two of them did not want to comment on anything else while one has added something to his statement. Comments made during the hearing are also kept confidential.
