The first images of Obi-Wan Kenobi’s concept art | Digital Trends Spanish

Regarding Disney Plus Day – which is celebrated this Friday, November 12 – and after an initial leak, Disney made the first images of the long-awaited Obi-Wan Kenobi series official on the internet.

On Thursday 11, a series of photographs began to circulate on social networks that show some of the details that will be part of the next series of Star wars.

Many of these posts were removed from the internet, as Disney launched during this day an official production preview.

Part of this teaser A little over a minute showcases the concept art behind the series. So we can see how Kenobi looks during his first years of exile on the planet Tatooine and the expected confrontation between the teacher and Anakin, now turned into Darth Vader.

In fact, the latter has been one of the main attractions of the new Disney production, along with the return to the franchise of actor Hayden Christensen.

The series could also show the appearance of the Inquisitors, characters dedicated to hunting down the Jedi who survived the dreaded Order 66.

The images also imply that the series would have an atmosphere and aesthetic similar to The Mandalorian, one of the most successful Disney Plus productions.

Meanwhile, according to statements offered by its director and screenwriter Deborah Chow, it is believed that the series could be set between the events of Revenge of the Sith and To New Hope.

At the moment it is only known that 2022 will be the year of the new Obi-Wan Kenobi series.
