The Google Assistant is now available on the Galaxy Watch4 | Digital Trends Spanish

Patrick Chomet had announced it some time ago, and it is now a reality: the Google Assistant has arrived on the Galaxy Watch4, and it has been available since yesterday.

With the update of the Wear OS platform -which opens access to Google Play- the Galaxy Watch4 owners they will be able to download the Google Assistant, which will allow faster and more natural voice interactions. Of course, this update will also give users access to Google Pay, Maps, and YouTube Music.

Once Google Assistant has been downloaded and activated, it can be launched in the watch’s app tray. Users can also call the Google Assistant by voice or by assigning the home button to activate it, holding it down. It can also be activated independently on the Galaxy Watch4, which means it can be used on the watch even if the Google Assistant is not installed on your phone.

With access to both Bixby and the Google Assistant, Samsung smartwatch users will have access to more advanced voice assistant functionality directly from their wrists.
