The Government will approve the end of masks abroad on Tuesday

The Government will approve next Tuesday the end of the mandatory use of masks abroad, as reported by Cadena SER this morning and confirmed by elDiario.es. The decision will be approved in the Council of Ministers next Tuesday, given the improvement in epidemiological data.

The mask abroad became mandatory again at the end of December, after the last Conference of Presidents and in the face of the uncontrolled data of the sixth wave of the pandemic, driven by the omicron variant. After several days with the data falling again, the Government will eliminate the measure.
