The judge has ordered the entry into prison of the man accused of killing a 14-year-old girl in Oviedo, who was found dead last Tuesday with stab wounds inside the building where her family lived.
The magistrate of the investigating court number 2 of the Asturian capital has decided to issue the order of provisional detention, communicated and without bail after the request of the Prosecutor’s Office. As reported by the Superior Court of Justice of Asturias, he is accused of crimes of murder and attempted sexual assault, although it can be modified throughout the investigation.

The man was acquitted on February 7, 2020 of a minor crime of threats and sentenced to a fine of 8 euros a day for 2 months for a minor crime of coercion, a sentence issued on January 30 of that year that was appealed.
The appeal sentence to said ruling, issued by the Third Section of the Provincial Court of Oviedo, lowered the fine from 8 euros per day for 2 months to 1 month.
