The judge has agreed to banishment as a precautionary measure until a final judgment is issued or the case is finalized by any other resolution after releasing the rapper this Thursday, arrested this Wednesday for his alleged relationship with public disorder in the Florida neighborhood, The Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has reported.

After a night at the police station and going to court, the magistrate of the Investigating Court 5 of L’Hospitalet has agreed to provisional release for the rapper, who will have to be available to the court whenever required. The case is open for a crime of public disorder and another of damage.

Morad was arrested this Wednesday for allegedly having paid a group of young people to burn containers, after an argument with agents of the L’Hospitalet Urban Guard.

The neighborhood of La Florida is where the rapper grew up and is the setting for most of his video clips, like the one he was recording last Thursday morning, when the events for which he ended up being arrested occurred.

The singer, the artist from Spain who accumulates the most listeners on Spotify, would have faced the agents of the Urban Guard of L’Hospitalet who approached the place due to complaints from the neighbors about the noise that he and his group made and ended up denounced.

In that discussion, sources close to the case indicated that Morad would have told the agents that he would give money to young people to set containers on fire. Hours later, three cars and various burned containers appeared in areas near the place.

After learning of the judge’s decision, Morad has published a text addressed to his followers on his Instagram account. “Don’t believe anything they say and you only see half of it”, she has indicated to immediately add: “Everything is fine, we will be back soon”.

“I don’t have to insist on news from people who are only going to want to hurt me,” the rapper has abounded in another publication. “It doesn’t hurt me personally, but it hurts me that you try to make children believe things that are not good because you only make them think that your hate is true,” he added. “Soon all this will be made clear because silence does not work with evil people,” he concluded.

Morad was acquitted last March after being accused of an attempted robbery with force at a home in Barcelona in February 2018.
