The King of Morocco, Mohamed VI, said this Friday that he works with “calm and responsibility” to reach an understanding with Spain and “inaugurate an unprecedented stage in relations between the two countries.”
He has said this in his speech on the 68th anniversary of the Revolution of the King and the People, in which he has indicated that they hope “with confidence and optimism to resume the relationship with the Government of Spain and its President Pedro Sánchez”, which he wants to be based “in trust, transparency and mutual respect”.
