The park is located more than 30 kilometers from the Ferrol coastline within a 270 square kilometer action area, occupying an effective area of ​​134 square kilometers. In a first commercial phase, BlueFloat and Sener They foresee the implementation of 35 wind turbines of 15 megawatts (MW) each. The initial power would reach 525 MW. In the next phase, another 45 mills of the same capacity would be placed, so that the facilities would add a total power of 1,200 MW. The estimated production per year is around 4,800 gigawatts/hour (GWh), about 30% of all electricity consumption in Galicia in 2020.

In case of obtaining the corresponding authorizations, the Nordés wind farm will build two floating substations. The connection point on land to dump the production will be the Sabón knot (Arteixo).
