‘The oil tanker will defend…’ Applicant to the Pemex Union promotes his candidacy with reggaeton

Esbayde Villaverde Acevedo, aspiring to the general secretary of the Pemex Union, promoted her candidacy to the rhythm of reggaeton, during the fifth and final round of presentations of contenders to the STPRM.

The candidate began her participation this Friday in the morning conference with a music video in TikTok format, which uses the melody of the song “Corazón” by Maluma, but with a lyric, let’s say, a little different.

“For the national rescue of our oil industry.
Union unity and justice must be achieved…
We have to change course and we have to vote for Esbayde, for the general secretary.
He will defend the oil tanker, his labor rights…”, is heard in the modified song.

Esbayde Villaverde, who called herself “the one with the white helmet”, is a 28-year-old candidate and oil company from section 48. Graduated from the Autonomous University of Tabasco.

He assured that his work plan consists of 36 proposals that cover the problems and expectations of Pemex workers.

Among their proposals are: build a development model for the elderly; invest in schools and the creation of the Petroleum University. In addition to housing for workers and the homologation of the salaries of retired and active workers.

He ended his speech by accusing of “hindrance” to Luisa María Alcalde for interfering in the process and allowing the participation of “spurious” and “corrupt” people.

“I really ask, do not be a traitor for the 4T”, he concluded.
