The Police investigate the authorship of youth gangs in the stabbing of a 14-year-old boy

A 14-year-old teenager has been stabbed in the neck near an institute in the Madrid district of Puente de Vallecas. Emergencies Madrid has reported that the victim has been stabbed once in the neck and again in the buttock and has been transferred to the children’s emergency room of the Gregorio Marañón Hospital in serious condition. Eyewitnesses have told the Police that the stabbing was the work of a group of young people of Latin American origin who were traveling on roller skates, according to sources close to the investigation. The Police investigates that the perpetrator responds to a youth gang.

The attack took place at 15:30 this afternoon on Puerto de Pajares street, near the Vallecas I institute. The victim is 14 years old. According to the Samur, the weapon used has been stuck in the victim’s collarbone and the doctors have not removed it at the scene to avoid bleeding. Apparently, none of the stab wounds has reached a vital organ, so a blood transfusion has been carried out in the hospital and a subsequent surgical intervention. At the time of transfer, the boy was stable in gravity.

This is the second stabbing that occurs in a Madrid neighborhood in less than 24 hours. At dawn, around 1:30 a.m., an 18-year-old boy was attacked with a knife in Moratalaz. The events occurred in some sports fields and when the National Police appeared at the scene, the perpetrators fled on the run. The agents found the victim who had several puncture wounds to the back, near vital organs. He was taken to the Gregorio Marañón Hospital in serious condition.
