The Superior Prosecutor of the Valencian Community has reported this Monday that it does not oppose the restrictions that the Valencian Government has requested due to the pandemic and that will be resolved in the next few hours by the Administrative Litigation Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Comunitat Valenciana, which paves the way for a pronouncement that will take place in the next few hours.
Last Thursday, July 8, the president of the Generalitat Valenciana, Ximo Puig, announced after the meeting of the interdepartmental table the request for permission to the TSJCV to apply a curfew from 1:00 to 6:00 initially in the 40 municipalities with the highest incidence accumulated. The endorsement of the TSJCV was also requested to limit the meetings to 10 people in the private and public sphere.
If the Court finally accepts these measures, they will join those already decreed by the Consell and that came into force last Thursday, such as the closure of nightlife venues at 0.30 hours, which can only function as bars. and cafeterias, the closure of the hotel business at 0.30 am with a limitation of six people per table inside and 10 outside, and in terms of mass shows, the capacity is reduced from 4,000 to 3,000 people outdoors and from 3,000 to 2,000 people indoors. Popular festivals are still prohibited. All these measures will be maintained until July 25.
