The Star Wars franchise is constantly generating new content, as a way to keep the story alive and satisfy its most demanding fans.
At the moment, four books related to this universe are being written. According to what has been indicated in the Official site of the saga, these are focused on characters already known.
Some of these books occur between the various films in the franchise and one of these works could help complete the backstory of Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker.
Star Wars: Shadow of the Sith was written by Adam Christopher and stars Luke Skywalker and Lando Calrissian. It takes place almost two decades after Return of the jedi. In the new job, Luke and Lando will investigate a Sith threat from the dead world of Exegol.
It should be released in June 2022.
BroterhoodFor its part, it shows the story of Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the strong relationship they can forge through the chaos of Clone Wars. It could be available in May 2022 and is written by Mike Chen.
For its part, Stories of Jedi and Sith corresponds to an anthology and has ten more stories aimed at young readers. This is one of the books that will have the most illustrations and should be on sale in June of next year.
Finally Obi-Wan Kenobi will also be part of the story titled Star Wars: Padawan, written by Kiersten White.
The book will be released in July 2022 and will show Obi-Wan on a solo Jedi adventure.
