There will be no curfew in the Canary Islands on New Years Eve, New Years and Kings

The Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands (TSJC) has rejected the request of the Government of the Canary Islands to impose a curfew during New Year’s Eve, the night of 1 to 2 and that of 5 to 6 January in the islands that are in health alert levels 2 and 3. Justice considers that this measure “affects and limits the freedom of movement of the entire population”, not only those who have an “uncivil” behavior, but also those who comply with the COVID regulations.

(There will be enlargement)
