The Government has tied a majority in Congress to approve the validation of the labor reform by the minimum, with the sum of 175 votes -the absolute majority is 176-, among them those of PSOE, United We Can, Citizens and PDeCat. There is one vote that remains in doubt: one of the two UPN deputies, Sergio Sayas, has not clarified whether he will support the reform, as the leadership of his party has agreed. If he respects the voting discipline, in total the ‘yeses’ will add 176 votes, exactly the absolute majority of the Lower House, and the ‘noes’ will remain at 173.
