The Rocksteady studio confirmed that the release of the game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League it is delayed until 2023. The information was delivered by Sefton Hill, one of the founders of the company and creative director of the project. With this, the rumors from the beginning of the year are confirmed, which indicated that it was difficult for the title to arrive in 2022.
The company’s original plan, along with Warner Bros Games, was to launch this game this year for PS5, Xbox Series X | S and PC.
“We have made the difficult decision to delay Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League until spring 2023. I know a backlog is frustrating, but that time will be spent making the best game we can. I hope to count on all of you to bring chaos to Metropolis. Thank you for your patience,” Hill noted in a statement posted on his Twitter account.
