They summon Argentine startups interested in landing their business in Spain

The use of fertilizers grew 7% in 2021

The use of fertilizers for crops grew 7% in 2021 in Argentina, reaching a total consumption of 5.6 million tons, according to a report by the Fertilizar Civil Association based on preliminary studies.

“This growth is explained by a consolidation in the area sown with the main grasses in the rotation, mainly wheat, corn and sorghum,” said the entity’s president, Francisco Llambías.

According to Llambías, this “generates broad benefits to the system, since it allows improving the carbon balance and consequently the organic matter of the soil.”

The study pointed out that this year’s growth occurred within the framework of the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), through the correct use of fertilization and improvements in its application.

The Spid chain opens its first physical stores in Argentina

Cencosud supermarkets opened the first physical stores of the Spid format with public access this month and in a next stage it will implement its own app to expand the scope and coverage to more regions of Argentina.

Spid is a format that the chain launched in April of this year through the Rappi app for online purchases, focused on the speed of purchase, the quality and freshness of its products and the speed of delivery as a differential value, with products of the fresh, beverage, warehouse, perfumery and cleaning categories.

The new stores are located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, at Av. San Juan 2850 and in Portal Palermo, Avenida Int. Bullrich 345, and a third will be opened in the next few weeks at Aráoz 277, continuing the expansion plan.

The Nubimetrics company seeks to double its work team in the NOA by 2022

The data analytics company Nubimetrics, which provides services in more than 15 countries, opened offices in the Bajo La Viña neighborhood, in San Salvador de Jujuy, with an initial investment of $ 100,000.

“This space that we call Community of Knowledge and which has more than 400 square meters was designed to house more than 80 employees”, explained Andrés Jara Werchau, co-founder and CEO of Nubimetrics.

Nubimetrics has 30 employees in San Salvador and is looking to double that number, which is why it has open searches for 30 jobs for developers and programmers with different profiles.
