They will assist fruit and vegetable producers in Río Negro affected by frost and hail

The conditions that producers must meet to join the program are: belonging to the private sector; not appear in the Public Registry of Employers with Labor Sanctions (Repsal) for the time they remain in it; that the worker provides services in activity in the reference month or is in a situation of suspension with receipt of non-remunerated assignment.

In addition, the worker must receive a positive income in the reference month and not be registered as an employer in the Argentine Integrated Social Security System (SIPA).

“Registration may be made through the web service of the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP), the term for the period corresponding to the month of January 2022, will be from February 1 to February 10, 2022 inclusive”, detailed the portfolio led by Claudio Moroni in a statement.

The program is part of the deployment of actions by the State aimed at improving the socio-economic situation of the population, adopting as its main axis the employment policy, which includes the promotion, defense and maintenance of employment.

In June 2020, an agreement was arranged to provide assistance to more than 2,400 seasonal workers linked to winter tourism in different provinces, which included a specific agreement with the Municipality of Bariloche that provided coverage to 761 workers and implemented urgent actions and contingency.

In November 2020, a new agreement was signed with Bariloche that made it possible to extend it for two months plus the receipt of the benefit and, in 2021, another exclusive agreement was signed for seasonal or temporary workers in the tourism and gastronomic sector for four months that provided coverage to 1,838 workers.
