The same page gives guidelines on how to request the tests:
“Every household in the United States is eligible to order four free trials of COVID-19. The tests are completely free. Orders will usually ship within 7-12 days. Order your tests now so you have them when you need them.
Data needed to request free trials
The White House clarified that the requesting person should only indicate their name and address. Those who wish may include their email to receive updates on their order.
It is not required any additional information such as credit card or immigration status and the information provided will not be shared with other federal agencies such as Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Tests available to send home sound of antigens –no PCR–, have been authorized by the FDA, can be done anywhere, come with detailed instructions on how to use them and give results in a maximum of 30 minutes, warns the program’s website.
Another important fact provided by the White House is that the tests are available for each residential address in the US, which includes the territories of the country and the addresses of military and diplomatic bases.
The idea of the Joe Biden government is to distribute at least 500 million free COVID-19 tests through this system.
