How will Walmart Plus membership play into Amazon Prime Day 2021?

Right now, there aren’t any event-specific perks that Walmart Plus members will get. However, they will reap the same benefits they do year-round when shopping the sale, from free same-day delivery to gas discounts to the newly- added Rx for less.

If you’re interested in trying the membership, there’s a 15-day free trial. If you sign up now, you’ll be covered during the Deals for Days event.

The first major benefit to shopping from Walmart during Prime Day is that you don’t need a membership to get the deals. If you are already a member of Walmart Plus, then that means you can enjoy free two-day shipping on your orders.

Another perk is that Walmart has many physical stores where you can pick up your order if you don’t want to wait to receive your package at home.

Amazon Prime Day, on the other hand, is only for Prime members and access to the event is one of many membership benefits. Amazon offers a 30-day free trial if you want to access Prime Day deals, in addition to Walmart deals, this week.
